Billings Depot will host the 3rd annual Tacos and Tequila Friday, June 23rd. 2023 will be bigger than ever with more tacos, more tequila and more fun including live music.
VIPs will begin the celebration at 4:30 in the Passenger Station.
General admission will join at 6:00 and will enter through the west parking lot. Food trucks will fill the west parking lot and restaurants will serve in the baggage room. I am looking for help with the following:
- Event Check-In: Scan tickets, check IDs, and provide wrist bands to guests over age 21.
- Ticket Sales: Sell additional event specific tickets.
- Beverage Runner: Supplying stations with specialty cocktails and ice.
- Food Runner: Assist with food delivery
- Floater: Fill-in for "no shows" and volunteer breaks, be flexible.
I will provide sampling tickets so you can enjoy and participate. We currently have 20 vendors signed up so there should be a great selection of tacos!
