- Arrive prior to the events around 3pm to participate in Responsible Alcohol Serving
- Pass out Sparkling Wine after guest gets bid card
- Prep Sparkling Wine & Pour Wine for guests throughout night
- Food Service – Help deliver food to tables. Work directly with Sodexo staff.
- Be alert to inebriation/overt intoxication of guests and alert Chairperson if needed
- Wear white button-down shirt, black slacks & shoes with provided vest, bowtie, and name tag
