Community Leadership & Development, Inc.

CLDI is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that seeks to transform and empower families in our community. For more than 40 years, CLDI has been at work in a low-income neighborhood of Billings, Montana known as the South Side. At the heart of our work is a gospel-centered desire to invest in the South Side in such a way that residents of the community thrive financially, spiritually, and relationally, interrupting the generational cycles of poverty, trauma, and abuse.

We are a community development organization actively working in the South Side of Billings. We run a variety of programs: Youth Works (for kids ages 5-18), Hannah House (a women's recovery home), KMC property management (renting more than 100 living units), Grace Pavilion Event Center (rentable event space for up to 150 people), and both Internship and Apprenticeship opportunities.
