Our Mission is to make a positive difference in our community by bringing God's light and love through actions of material assistance and encouragement. PCO operates as a conduit

People's Community Outreach is unique in that we bring the Billing's community together by coordinating with resource agencies at one time and one place giving them a hand up not a hand out. Not all our guests are aware of the extensive resources available to assist them. We provide place to speak one on one with these resource representatives to address current needs, challenges, and personal needs . We also provide a meal, clothing and family friendly activities for the whole family.
